Refunds & Cancellations

  • Eligibility for Refund
    We offer a full refund only if the product is found spoiled or damaged upon opening the package. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
  • Notification Window
    To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email support@lachenessentials.com with photos showing the spoilage or damage.
  • Verification Process
    Our team will review your photos and may request additional information. Once verified, we’ll approve your refund request.
  • Refund Method & Timeline
    Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Exclusions
    No refunds or cancellations are permitted for:
    • Change of mind or incorrect ordering
    • Products past their “best before” date due to delayed unpacking beyond 24 hours
    • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product quality
  • Cancellation Policy
    You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing support@lachenessentials.com. Once shipped, cancellations are treated as refund requests under the spoilage/damage policy above.
  • Record-Keeping
    We retain records of all refund requests, verifications, and communications for at least one year to ensure transparency and continuous service improvement.
