Lachen Essentials Terms & Conditions

• Scope of Services
  These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cashfree payment services (“Services”) as provided through Lachen Essentials. By completing a transaction here, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Merchant Obligations
  Lachen Essentials will ensure all transaction data (amounts, currency, order IDs) sent to Cashfree is accurate. We maintain sandbox credentials for testing and update our redirect/webhook URLs whenever our domain or paths change.
• End User Consent
  Prior to payment, you will be presented Lachen Essentials’s Privacy Policy alongside these Terms & Conditions. We obtain all required consents to process personal and financial data under applicable laws.
• Fees & Settlement
  Any Cashfree transaction fees and settlement cycles are governed by our Merchant Agreement with Cashfree. Disputes over fees or settlements must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
• Liability & Indemnification
  Cashfree processes payments on behalf of Lachen Essentials according to instructions we send. You agree to indemnify Lachen Essentials and Cashfree against any claims arising from incorrect API usage, data fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
